2. Scope of application
These Terms and Conditions govern the online sale of knitwear and clothing products under the Due Toscani brand through the Website, to consumers residing in Italy, the European Union, and non-EU countries.
Placing an order implies full acceptance of these Terms.
3. Products
Product features are described on the relevant product pages.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Any variations in color or texture may depend on the device used, production batches, or the textile/artisanal nature of the product.
4. Prices and currency
Prices are displayed in Euros (€) or in the currency selected by the customer.
For EU customers, prices include VAT unless otherwise stated.
For non-EU customers, prices do not include customs duties, import taxes, or other charges, which shall be borne by the customer.
The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of order placement.
5. Purchase procedure (WooCommerce)
To place an order, the customer must select the products, add them to the cart, enter shipping and billing details, choose a payment method, and confirm the order.
Order confirmation by email constitutes acceptance of the order.
6. Payment methods
Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, PayPal, bank transfer, and any other methods available on WooCommerce.
Payments are processed through secure and encrypted systems. Due Toscani does not store payment details.
7. Shipping
Due Toscani ships to Italy, the European Union, and selected non-EU countries.
Shipping areas and costs are displayed during checkout.
Orders are processed within 3 business days from payment confirmation. Delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier.
8. Customs and import duties (international sales)
For non-EU shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Any delays caused by customs authorities are not attributable to the seller.
Refusal of delivery due to unpaid customs charges does not entitle the customer to a refund of shipping costs.
9. Right of withdrawal (EU customers)
In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, EU customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from delivery, without providing any reason.
Returned products must be unused, unworn, with original tags attached, and in the original packaging.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise stated.
10. Withdrawal – non-EU customers
For non-EU customers, the right of withdrawal is granted only within the limits permitted by applicable law.
Shipping and customs costs are non-refundable, and refunds will be issued net of any costs incurred.
11. Products excluded from withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to customized or made-to-measure products, or to products that are used, damaged, or returned without original tags.
12. Refunds
Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, using the same payment method used for the purchase.
13. Legal warranty
Products are covered by the legal warranty of conformity: 24 months for EU customers and according to applicable local laws for non-EU customers.
14. Limitation of liability
Due Toscani shall not be liable for improper use of products, delays caused by carriers, events of force majeure, or temporary unavailability of the WooCommerce platform.
15. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including texts, images, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Due Toscani and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization.
16. Personal data processing
